BCLS is always working to provide the best service possible to our customers. And sometimes, that means we need to press pause while our system undergoes routine maintenance. Please be aware that on Tuesday, November 7, you will be unable to access the BCLS online catalog beginning at 8:00 am.
During this temporary interruption in services, OverDrive/Libby will be unavailable and you will be unable to search the catalog, check accounts, place holds and renew items online. Online databases, including Flipster and Kanopy will not be available at this time. In addition, the Museum Pass program will be temporarily on hold and customers will be unable to make reservations or print out passes. It also will not be possible to make credit card payments for overdue fines, etc.
The good news is our BCL Westampton location will be open on November 7 and while the online catalog is undergoing maintenance, we will be happy to manually check out up to six items per cardholder. Library computers also will be available for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your patience.
