Spider-Man: Origins

Join Mr. Rick for an iPad delivered, big-screen reading of three of the very first Spider-Man stories ever!  Come see where the legend started.  Feel free to come dressed as your favorite superhero, arachnid-related or otherwise.  The reading may be followed by a fun, story-related activity.

Paws to Read (Ocho)

Children are welcome to practice their reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to Ocho, a registered therapy dog. Ocho is a lovable 4 year old German Shepherd and he loves to hear a good story. Reading to dogs has been shown in increase literacy skills and confidence in children.
