Reversing Heart Disease the Chinese Way

Join Sifu Louis DiLoreto for this free, 4-week heart health series for adults. This set is called "Balancing the heart chi kung set" and comes directly to us from the Beijing University in China. By the end of the 4 weeks everyone should be comfortable doing this set.
