You probably think World Vegan Month is just for vegans, right? Well, it is – and it isn’t. Whether you think of yourself as vegan, plant-based eater, vegetarian, or none of the above, this month is all about learning and trying new things while abstaining from eating or using anything made from animals.
Thankfully, eating plant-based has come a long way from where it used to be and plant-based folks can now pretty much enjoy all of the same delicious meals that non-plant-based people can – except, of course, those meals don’t contain any meat or dairy. It’s wild to discover different recipes or culinary creations that emulate burgers, fish or eggs, but they exist and they are delish! Don’t believe it? Try some awesome recipes from the cookbooks below and see for yourself! And if you have a sweet-tooth, here’s a tasty recipe for some gluten-free vegan chocolate chip cookies, a staff favorite!
