Movies at the Library: Served Like a Girl

Come to the library and experience a movie in our state of the art auditorium! Everyone is welcome to join us for a movie theater-style experience including a large screen and surround sound. We'll be showing Served Like a Girl. Please note, the film is not rated and has a run time of 1 hour and 43 minutes. 

Homelessness, PTSD, divorce, illness, and military sexual abuse are just some of the things this group of inspiring and diverse veteran women have struggled with after returning home from serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. To help adapt to and overcome the challenges that come with returning to civilian life, the women participate in the Ms. Veteran America competition, which allows them to regain their identities and lifestyles that had been previously lost in war.

• Registration is not required.
• This event is free of charge.
• The movie will take place in our auditorium and has a strict capacity of 250 seats. 
• Seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
