Meditation increases wellness, reduces stress and anxiety, and develops healthier, happier and meaningful life. Learn to enhance your awareness with the practice of mindfulness meditation, it contains reflections to encourage practice, and guidance for those who are just starting. Open to new and skilled practitioners. Followed with a Q&A.
