Mindfulness for Preteens
In this hectic world, a moment of calm can be hard to find. This program will teach preteens how to use Mindfulness exercises to slow down and regulate emotions. Bring a blanket to lay on and a favorite stuffed plushie, if you have one. Participants will come home with a calming Mindfulness tool.
