BCLS offers a variety of devices for customers to borrow such as Tablet Kits, Mobile WiFi Hotspots, Chromebooks and Launchpads. Whether you’re looking to brush up on your study skills or jump in to a job hunt, we can set you up for success.
Tablets are pre-loaded with essential apps for video conferencing, online school, and job hunting, Microsoft Office and Google Drive, as well as library resources like Udemy, Rosetta Stone and our digital collection. If you also need to connect to the internet we offer Mobile WiFi Hotspots. This program is made possible by a FY2020 CARES Act Grant for Museum and Libraries from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).

The equipment and services funded by the federal Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) can only be provided to patrons who declare they do not have access to the equipment or services sufficient to access the internet.
In order to Check Out an ECF Device, patrons must provide their Library Card/Driver’s License to the Circulation Department and sign both the BCLS Device Lending Agreement and the ECF Agreement.
