Meeting Spaces

The meeting rooms and auditorium of the Burlington County Library System are used for library events. When a library event is not scheduled, these spaces can be reserved or rented by the public. The rooms may only be used for educational, cultural or civic purposes. They may not be used for commercial, political, private or purely social events.

About the Meeting Rooms

Burlington County Library has two meeting rooms available for reservation. Chairs and tables are provided. Both rooms are equipped with a smart TV. Each room has a maximum capacity of 40 people with theater-style seating.

Other Locations

Meeting room reservations at other library locations are free-of-charge for organizations and individuals. Chairs and tables are provided. Available locations and their meeting room capacities are as follows:

About the Auditorium

Located at Burlington County Library, the auditorium seats 250 people. Basic sound and lighting are available and included in the rental fee. Technical assistance and further audio/visual needs may incur an additional fee. Please confirm at time of booking.
