We are thrilled to announce that the Pinelands Library is making the move to their new home in the Medford Town Hall at 49 Union Street.

The library will reopen in their new location on Monday, December 13. During this time, any materials which are on hold will be available for pick-up at the Evesham Library.

“Our dedicated staff is working hard behind the scenes to coordinate a smooth transition into the new facility and we are all looking forward to ringing in the New Year in a wonderful new space,” said BCLS Director Ranjna Das. “When you walk through the doors, expect to find the same warm, inviting ambience and strong sense of community that has long been associated with our Pinelands location.”

You will also discover an impressive list of modern amenities, including

  • Dedicated tech center featuring Macs and PCs
  • Study room
  • Event space
  • Improved customer parking
  • Larger children’s department
  • Café, meeting and work space in shared foyer
  • …and much more!

Earlier this fall, the Medford Library Association generously donated $50,000 to the BCLS Foundation to help cover the cost of technology and furnishings for the new Pinelands Library. With their help, the new library will feature state-of-the-art technology, enhanced furnishings and more.
