Summer Reading Winds Down

| Burlington County Library

If you feel like summer is slipping away and you still have a pile of books you want to read, don’t despair! The BCLS Summer Reading program doesn’t end until Aug. 13. That means you still have time to tuck some books in your bag and head to the beach. Or just find a cozy spot at home to catch up on your leisure-time reads.

Each year, our Summer Reading program encourages participants to enjoy lots of wonderful books and track their reading progress using Beanstack, the library system’s online program. Maybe you thought about participating, but weren’t sure what to read. Explore Book Match, our personalized service that matches readers with suggested books and authors, and is perfect for all ages.

We also have some great children’s events planned for the final week of our Summer Reading program, including: Talewise: Pirates Lost at Sea at the Evesham Library; Summer Storytime on Stage at the Burlington County Library; and a fun Indoor Beach Party featuring music, a scavenger hunt and games at the Pemberton Library.
