MY SISTER LIV

Join us as at the Pemberton Library as we screen MY SISTER LIV. Sisters, Tess and Liv are inseparable from a young age. Liv was dealing with the pressures of teen depression and suicidal thoughts. This film explores truly deep emotions and fears of a young woman's life and a big sister's determined efforts to save her. MY SISTER LIV unveils the matters of stigma, challenges of mental health and impact for those left behind in a suicide.

As Liv's family endures their loss while facing their new norm, they begin to see hope in filling a gap around speaking on the topic of the important role mental health plays and to save young lives. Liv's sister, Tess and mother, Honey will be in attendance to answer questions at the conclusion of the film screening.

MY SISTER LIV is brought to us by Grammy award winning filmmaker, Alan Hicks and Film Producer, Paula DuPré Pesmen.
