Qigong: Emotional Resilience through Movement (Virtual)
Qigong (气功, pronounced: chee-gun) is an integration of ancient Chinese and modern techniques to build, elevate and affirm your self-confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness. Steeped in 7,000 years of cultivation, Qigong is more than coordinated movement, body posture and regulated breathing. It connects you to your innate energy and unlocks a deeper sense of joy and gratitude.
Presented by Damien Smith, certified Qigong teacher and strength and conditioning specialist.
