Gentle Yoga
Join us for a yoga session linking the movement of the breath with gentle Hatha poses and ending with a soothing yoga stretch. Both seated and standing poses will be included, and they can be done from a chair, if needed. De-stress while you stretch, strengthen, and breathe. Presented by yoga instructor, Leslie Skolnik. (Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.) Registration is required and space is limited, so please call if you cannot attend.
