Join us for a yoga session linking the movement of the breath with gentle Hatha poses and ending with a soothing yoga rest. Both seated and standing poses will be included, and they can be done from a chair, if necessary. De-stress while you stretch, strengthen, and breathe. Presented by yoga instructor, Leslie Skolnik.
