In 'American Cats,' comedian Amy Hoggart unravels the disturbing conspiracy behind cat declawing in the United States.
Opening remarks will be presented by animal advocate, Senator Troy Singleton, who sponsored legislation to ban cat declawing, and is featured in the film!
A post presentation Q & A will be offered by Dr. Susan Whittred, DVM, Paw Project NY Director
