County Library Presents “Community Stories” in the Auditorium April 30
WW II Veteran, Holocaust Survivor & Author Ernest Kaufman Shares his Story

Ernest Kaufman, a World War II veteran, Holocaust survivor, and author, will share his life story with the community on Sunday, April 30 at 2 p.m. in the County Library Auditorium in Westampton.

Kaufman’s appearance is the second installment in the library’s exciting new Community Stories program, an engaging series of personal tales and life journeys from fascinating residents of Burlington County. Registration is requested.

Kaufman, 95, has written an autobiography of his amazing life, “From Fright to Fight to Farm: A Journey of Survival,” and will share his observations and wisdom with the audience. Signed copies of the author’s book also will be available for purchase.

A longtime Burlington County resident, Kaufman is a speaker with the Armed Forces Heritage Museum, which shares the military history of New Jersey and the surrounding regions in order to preserve, honor and educate. His scheduled library appearance was also planned to highlight the internationally recognized Holocaust Remembrance Day on April 24.
