We’re celebrating the Young Adult Library Services Association’s annual Teen Tech Week this year with special events throughout the system. This year’s theme is “Be the Source of Change” and we’re sharing our favorite digital resources that BCLS offers teens to succeed in school and in their future goals.

We know teens have busy schedules, so our digital library of online databases brings the resources to you without having to take a trip to the library. Use your library card to access a variety of databases, from taking practice tests through Learning Express, to learning something new with Lynda.com, to finding your next read from Novelist. There’s also a convenient list of databases especially for Homework Help to use in middle school, high school, and beyond!

Take time out of your busy schedule to check out a special Teen Tech Week program at one of our locations. Here are the Teen Tech Week programs happening throughout the system:

Teen Tech Week Make-n-Take March 6 through March 10
Retro Gaming Tuesday, March 7 at 6pm
MaKey MaKey Madness Friday, March 10 at 4pm
3Doodler Crafts Friday, March 10 at 6:30pm
Explore more technology programs taking place throughout the month of March.
