Adult Summer Reading Program: 2004

Join us for "Paws to Read," the Burlington County Library's fifth annual Adult Summer Reading program beginning June 15, 2004.  This year's theme, is Animals - all kinds of animals: fin, fur and feather, fact and fiction!  Come into the library, pick-up a program packet and... "Paws to Read".

We invite you to read or listen to any books you enjoy and then share your special finds with others.  Sharing your views is simple!  You have two options:

  1. fill out and hand in the short book review form provided in your "welcome packet" (additional forms are available at your library) or
  2. use the online review form.

Your review does not have to be formal - just a simple sharing of your opinion about the book you selected.

Use our collected reviews to see what other participants are reading.  You may participate at your local BCLS library in Bordentown, Cinnaminson, Evesham, Maple Shade, Medford, Pemberton, Riverton, Westampton and the Bookmobile.

Each library location will hold weekly random drawings for small prizes from reviews submitted that week.  On August 17 we will draw Grand Prize winners from online reviews that have been submitted over the summer at all locations.

We are maintaining links to this and previous years' reviews and to the booklists created by our staff, in order to provide suggestions throughout the year to readers looking for ideas.  Hope you enjoy!
