Looking for a fun way to beat the heat when the kids are out of school? Mark your calendar for Pemberton Library’s new Summer Family Film Festival featuring a list of big-screen favorites the whole family will enjoy.

Beginning June 20, the library will present a nice selection of family films rated G and PG on Tuesday mornings, all summer long. All shows begin at 10:30am and admission is free. (Please note: there will be no movies shown on July 4 and July 18.) During your library visit, don’t forget to check out the BCLS Summer Reading program, which encourages literacy and helps kids avoid the “summer slide.” And if you don’t have a library card, now is a great time to sign up for one.

Enjoy the show - and the library!
