The Cinnaminson Library was pleased to attend the Palmyra Street Festival and Police Safety Day on May 4, 2014. Hundreds of visitors streamed up and down Broad Street checking out booths or watching demonstrations. Patrons were excited to see the library was in attendance. We offered a raffle basket filled with bookish goodies including bestsellers, notebooks, and a tote bag as well as a 25 dollar gift card to to one lucky winner. The library also offered a craft for the kids! We made panther masks to honor Palmyra school’s mascot. Also on hand were adult and children’s program calendars.  While many of the faces that visited the library were like old friends, library staff were able to reach many who had not been to the library for years. The weather was sunny and beautiful, and the festival was a good time for all involved!
