"Art and Soul: New Paper Collages" by local artist, Ellen Barnett are on display at the Burlington County Library's art gallery from March 2 through March 31, 2015. The exhibit includes texturally-rich abstract and semi-abstract collages created by the artist.  All artwork is available for purchase.
