In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, Governor Christie signed an executive order this afternoon postponing Halloween until Monday for all of New Jersey. Please stay safe out there. And if you are still without power, feel free to come to the library to charge your phones, laptops, and other devices!

Children listened to some spooky stories at our “Happy Halloween” storytime and were treated to a tricky craft.  Throughout the week, storytimes were offered for varying ages and everyone made a boo-tiful bat craft!

Pumpkins, Ghosts and Cats, oh my! Peeps aren’t just for Easter anymore! Children ages 7-12 came to the library yesterday to create a spooky scene for Halloween using peeps, crafts supplies and their imaginations!
