It’s that time again! For more than 70 years, the Burlington County Farm Fair has wowed visitors with agricultural exhibits, horse and cow shows, tractor pulls, the Home Arts Tent, and more.

Once again this year, members of the 4-H club will be at the fair showing off projects on topics ranging from horticulture, to sewing, to technology. In addition, there will be a number of crowd-pleasing events, such as the Equestrian of the Year Contest, the Farm Fair Queen Pageant, and the ever-popular Kiss the Pig Contest. Visitors also will have a chance to learn how to become involved with 4-H; volunteer opportunities are available for adults, while children and teens can join the 4-H Youth Development Program, a “…research based, educational experience for youth.”

In addition to the great educational exhibits on display, a variety of entertainers will perform and amusement rides will be open throughout the duration of the fair. Attractions will include the Bullzeye Band, the Muchkinland play area, a large assortment of food and drink vendors, and of course the Burlington County Library System! Why not start a new family tradition this summer? Join the BCLS and thousands of other Burlington County residents and visitors attending the farm fair Tuesday, July 18 through Saturday, July 22.
