Family, Book Club

The Friends of the Riverton Library host a book sale every Sunday of the month to help support the library from 1-3PM. Paperbacks, cds and dvds are $.25 each, hardbacks are $.50 each. This is a family event so grab your loved ones and come on down.

This fun group meets every Wednesday at 10AM for anyone who knows how to or would like to learn how to knit or  crochet. (any yarn or needle craft is invited as well) They offer tips, suggestions, swap patterns and socialize with fellow “knitters”.

Isla the Therapy Dog

Children of all ages are invited to come to the library to meet Isla, a reading therapy dog.  Isla will listen as children read their favorite books to her.

Mark your calendars! Licensed massage therapist and reflexologist Michelle Pizzo is coming to the library to instruct you on reflexology that is geared towards stress reduction and immune system boosting. Michelle has been with us in the past and her classes tend to be very well attended.
