Groups will decide what games to play each week.  Games include, but are not limited to, Mahjong, Scrabble, Canasta, Hearts and Dominoes.  No formal lessons, we are just playing for fun!

Soft & Gentle Yoga

Relax and be centered by taking a yoga class that is soft and gentle.  It's perfect for beginners wanting a slower pace or for those who are very stiff or have minor injuries.  This will be a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience with lots of stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.
