This month, we will be discussing In the Midst of Winter by Isabel Allende.  The Book Group meets in the Cinnaminson Branch Library meeting room the last Monday of every month, 2:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M., unless otherwise noted.  New members are always welcome.

This is a beginner’s course in Qigong and Tai Chi, slow, gentle forms of exercise that help increase energy, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Those who suffer from bad posture, stiff joints, tension and instability should find the course especially helpful.
