Learn about the secret messages in the form of quilt patterns that were used to helped slaves escape the bonds of captivity in the Southern states before and during the Civil War. Then you will create your own colorful version of two quilt squares out of paper.

Relax and be centered by taking a yoga class that is soft and gentle.  It's perfect for beginners wanting a slower pace or for those who are very stiff or have minor injuries.  This will be a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience with lots of stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.
