This program will feature the many ways in which animals use sound to communicate. We all know birds sing but did you know a wallaby has a special call for its baby, alligators make a boom sound in B Flat, & groundhogs whistle? We will discuss these & other surprising sounds animals use.

Perler beads are small, plastic beads that can be arranged in a pattern and are then fused together with an iron to create a flat design. The look is similar to pixel art and will be the perfect piece for your desk or shelf!

Use a variety of provided patterns, or create your own. We have Pokémon, Super Mario, Marvel, Harry Potter, Minecraft, Star Wars, and other miscellaneous patterns.

Turtle Dance Music presents a high-energy performance about why libraries rock! The show engages children of all ages with songs, comedy, bubbles, music technology and is crafted also for children on the Autism Spectrum. Each song is accompanied by hands-on, visual, and sensory experiences designed to help kids learn and have fun at the same time. Kids will dance, sing, and understand why libraries are so important for our future. Parents, teachers and caregivers are also welcome to join the fun.
