A brand new book club for children ages 9 years to 12 years.  This month we will discuss books written by Katherine Applegate.  Come prepared to share a little about one of this author's books.  There will be a craft or activity after the discussion.  Registration is not required.

Groups will decide what games to play each week.  Games include, but are not limited to, Mahjong, Scrabble, Canasta, Hearts and Dominoes.  No formal lessons, we are just playing for fun!

Dog Tales

Children of all ages are invited to come to the library to meet Isla, a reading therapy dog.  Isla will listen as children read their favorite books to her.  Registration is not required.

PSAT Practice Exam

Teen

Teens ages 8th grade and up are invited to come take a free practice PSAT test. C2 Education will provide detailed scores back to you. The exam will take about 3 hours.

Soft & Gentle Yoga

Adult, Seniors

Relax and be centered by taking a yoga class that is soft and gentle.  It's perfect for beginners wanting a slower pace or for those who are very stiff or have minor injuries.  This will be a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience with lots of stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.

Babies, newborn to 18 months, and caregivers will enjoy stories, finger plays, songs, and socialization.  Registration is required and begins on January 17th.

Join us for a bran new program at the library - sensory stations!  We will have a variety of sensory activies for children ages 5 and under to explore our senses and develop motor skills.  Dress to mess.

Sponsored by the Community District Alliance, English as a Second Language (ESL) is designed for adults whose first language is not English.  Develop or improve upon your reading, writing and speaking skills in English and receive civics education lessons for the purpose of becoming a citizen.
