Yoga helps to develop better body awareness, self-control, and instills calmness and confidence.  Adults are turning to yoga to help them relax.

Caregiver must be present.

This program is designed for Adults with Special Needs only. Example: Autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, etc.
