The La Leche League of Crosswicks is a chapter of an international breast feeding support group that meets every second Friday of the month at the library at 10:30am. Come talk with other mothers for education, information, support, and encouragement.

Would you like an opportunity to reduce your stress levels after a long day?  Come join us for an evening yoga class from 7 pm - 8:15 pm.   This experience will involve lots of stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.  Yoga gently improves posture, balance, flexibility and strength.
