Is there a choice for tomorrow?  It's the big day for some of us and I'm not talking about fireworks, even though if you have a chance to catch a show by all means do, I'm talking about the grilling or barbecuing that will be happening all over the country.  Barbecuing is the tradition of cooking meats slowly over smoke a style that originated in the Caribbean.  Explorers were introduced to the this on the islands and then through them it was shared with the world.  In America, it is a southern cooking staple made popular over two hundred years ago for the cooking of pork.  Personally, I can hardly wait to have my first summer hamburger and hot dog tomorrow.  What will you be fixing?  Enjoy!
