The Citizen Advocacy Program is a community support system for individuals with developmental disabilities who are unable to advocate on their own behalf. Through case advocacy and volunteer advocates, the program ensures that individuals with developmental disabilities have access to the supports and services which help them to be independent and integrated members of the community.
