Think again. This workshop will debunk the mythical benefits of multi-tasking using scientific research and plain old common sense.
Less is truly more. We’ll see how lessening the number of tasks we’re trying to do simultaneously creates more accomplishments and more happiness. – and less stress.
We’ll do some exercises to help determine how to focus more on the task at hand, and let go of some of those plates.
