With super competitive academics and sports, high stress, self-esteem issues and peer pressure, today's teens need yoga more than ever. Yoga can help build strength, confidence and peace to aid teens as they navigate their way through high school and beyond. This class is carefully designed to teach teens yoga postures, the science of breath control (pranayama), the science of yogic sleep (yoga nidra), mindfulness and guided meditation. Teens will learn to chill out and tune in with their bodies and breath, resulting in increased levels of patience, confidence and energy as their bodies become more balanced, flexible and strong.

- Bring a yoga mat or a large towel to use as a mat
