Relax and be centered by taking a yoga class that is soft and gentle. It's perfect for beginners wanting a slower pace or for those who are very stiff or have minor injuries. This will be a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience with lots of stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Yoga gently improves posture, balance, flexibility and strength. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies.
