Learn to preserve the summer's bounty and stretch your grocery dollars. An FDA Certified Canner will present information about several types of canning (hot water bath, pressure canning and refrigerator canning) as well as dehydration and freezing techniques. The canner will also discuss equipment, safety issues and concerns, resources for recipes and instruction and recommended tips.
