No Pain – No Gain … WRONG!

We’ve all heard the saying, No Pain – No Gain.  Wrong!  When we realize that exercise and movement are key factors to our health and especially recovery during or after a health challenge, let’s face it:  the last thing you care to experience is pain.  Truth is, exercise and movement are vital to our longevity.  We can get to 70 or 80 years old….do we really want to?  Don’t you want to get around much easier on your own without painful exercises? We see too many people we love hitting that age and needing walkers or electric chairs, even wheelchairs.  So how about changing that?  This presentation focuses on the importance of flexibility as we age. Sharon will walk you through Qigong movements as well as breathing techniques and other simpler exercises for health and vitality.  Syndia will walk you through fun and easy exercises that help keep your energy system more open and balanced.  Just one more way to increase energy flow and create calmness, and have fun.

Both Syndia and Sharon take great joy in sharing tools to help others improve their life and experience more joy.
