The Mind & Meditation program presented by The Art of Living Foundation on Saturday, January 5th at 3 p.m. aims at creating more awareness about a healthy and stress-free way of life. Come and learn two simple yet powerful breathing-techniques, experience a guided meditation, and learn about the ancient science of your mind and all of which will dissolve your stress and leave you with a smile! The workshop will explore the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection, and how we can consciously use our breath to live in the present moment, break through our barriers, realize our full potential, learn how to manage our emotions, and live a happier life.
