Explore a new approach to yoga with Karen Siugzda, from Laughter Wellness with Karen. There are no yoga poses involved, only deep breathing and mindfulness practices. The program is wonderful for developing friendly connections, stress relief and can also be helpful in easing anxiety and mild depression while being a form of exercise. We do not use jokes or comedy and you do not need to be flexible or funny. You can even participate in a chair.
Please bring water and a willingness to be playful and have fun!
