Hoop Dance is a little different from what you may have tried as a child. Hoop dance is about doing flashy tricks while dancing to the music. It’s great exercise, too, burning calories and building strong, core muscles. Want to give it a try? Join us for a fun, free class just for beginners sponsored by Cinnaminson Library. Hoops will be provided. Be sure to wear clothing made with natural fibers, like cotton. In order to have enough room to maneuver, this class will be held in the Cinnaminson Community Center, next door to the library.
