Would you like an opportunity to reduce your stress levels after a long day?  Come join us for an evening yoga class from 7 - 8:15 pm.   This experience will involve lots of stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.  Yoga gently improves posture, balance, flexibility and strength.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
