This is a progressive class, participants sign up for the whole 8-week session at the beginning.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance that strengthens and conditions the body.  Originally developed as a martial art, today it is mainly practiced as a form of exercise and meditation.  Daily practice reduces stress, increases stamina, and strengthens the body and will.
