Ryan the Balloon Guy will introduce kids ages 9 to 16 to the art of making balloon animal shapes.  Learn how to correctly inflate and tie a balloon as well as make several basic balloon animal shapes.  This program will last about 1 1/2 hours and all supplies are provided!  Registration is required and snacks may be served.  Seating is limited so sign up early!  Registration begins 01/05.  Please register on line, in person or by calling the library at (856) 829-9340.  (NEW)
