“This exhibit of African American History is being presented by Gloria Irby, Glyndora Xing and Marossa Davis as our gift to the community.

This year’s exhibit features facts, artifacts, visual displays and books highlighting the many contributions made by our ancestors from Africa to our early history through the 50’s to the present. Local residents are celebrated as well.”  –   Marossa Davis

All your questions will be answer at our “How to Download Library eBooks” demonstration on Monday, February 10th at 10:30 a.m. Librarian Andy Woodworth will help answer your questions and take you through the steps to get books from our website to your personal device. Learn how your library card grants you access to books online!

Join our Lego Club for creativity and imagination in action. Kids can work individually or in teams to create this month’s challenge. The theme will be revealed at the Lego Club session. Please DO NOT bring your own Legos.

Join us for a LEVEL 1 class in rubber stamping and paper crafting. Learn basic techniques that can be used to make beautiful handmade cards, scrapbook pages and other projects.

NOTE: Please bring your own scissors, adhesives, and a paper cutter (if you have one.) You also might find a bone folder helpful, but it is not required.

Registration begins on Monday, January 27th at 10:00am.

Come learn the basics of Microsoft Publisher inserting, deleting, re-sizing, copying and manipulating text and objects. 
Microsoft Publisher is a desktop publishing application that
assists in creating eye-catching materials.  We will be creating a flyer, brochure and greeting card.  Mouse skill is required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word.
