This is a progressive class, participants sign up for the whole 8-week session at the beginning.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance that strengthens and conditions the body.  Originally developed as a martial art, today it is mainly practiced as a form of exercise and meditation.  Daily practice reduces stress, increases stamina, and strengthens the body and will.

Join others to practice speaking English in this relaxed group. This group is best for people who already know English but want additional practice.
