Mystery Scavenger Hunt Pemberton
Children of all ages are invited to drop in anytime the library is open and pick up a Scavenger Hunt contest form at the Children's Information Desk. Program lasts all of October in the Children's Area. No registration is required. Turn in your CLUE Entry Form with the right answer for person, place & weapon to a staff member and receive a prize!
Book Contest: Diary of a Wimpy Kid 8: Hard Luck Pemberton
Don't miss a chance to win a copy of Jeff Kinney's next book in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, Hard Luck, due out November 5th, 2013! Drop by the Children's Information Desk at the Pemberton Library and pick up an entry form. Draw your favorite character from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series to enter the drawing. Drawing ends November 6th . Contest is open to children of all ages.
Children ages birth to 6 years will have loads of fun creating, while learning colors, shapes, concepts such as shape relations, and practice in manual dexterity!

Learn the basics of creating a spreadsheet. Topics include: how to interact with the Ribbon, working with cells & tables, basic formulas & calculations, and how to dress up your layout.
Mouse and basic computer skills required. Knowledge of Word helpful.
