Internet Searching is a class for both newcomers and those wanting to brush up on their internet skills. We teach you what all the different little buttons in the internet browser mean as well as share some basic search tips and practices. Take the mystery out of the internet environment!
Yoga Pretzels is a fun and vibrant way to get kids bending, breathing, twisting, and stretching. Kids will find their connection with the Universe though playful poses, such as Rabbit, Dog, Camel, River, Stone, Star, and more! Kids will generate warmth and energy within and translate it into the world around them through a series of Sun Salutations. Guided meditation at the end of the session will help kids develop focus, self-awareness, and a sense of calm.
