The Mind & Meditation program presented by The Art of Living Foundation aims at creating more awareness about a healthy and stress-free way of life. Come and learn two simple yet powerful breathing-techniques, experience a guided meditation, and learn about the ancient science of your mind and all of which will dissolve your stress and leave you with a smile! The workshop will explore the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection, and how we can consciously use our breath to live in the present moment, break through our barriers, realize our full potential, learn how to manage our emotions, and live a happier life.

"Children ages 2-4 are invited to join Miss Jenn for a half hour of musical fun and movement.
Ages 7 - 16. Lego Masters present for this month's challenge. Builders will work in teams of individually to complete this challenge, and then stay to create whatever they wish to work on next. Legos are provided, so please do not bring bricks from home. Snacks may be served. Registration is requested and begins on Saturday, September 14, 2013. This is the time to start tracing your family roots! Local historian and genealogist Robert House will teach you how to get started with your family history. It's not just birth and death records when the people in your past begin to tell you the stories of their lives that have shaped who you are!
