On your next visit to the Youth Services department, check out the library’s new ELF™ Child-Safe Browser, a program designed to allow kids to safely explore learning activities on the Internet on public computers. Click on the ELF logo and start exploring more than 100 games and activities on topics from learning to read, science, math, and more!

One of the many features of ELF is that a parent or caregiver can put the computer in safe mode, meaning your child can only play selected games and explore activities from the preselected websites. They won’t be able to click on advertisements or find their way out of a website. This will keep your child safe and entertained. Stop by and see for yourself!
